    [摘要] 中医药健康产业是健康产业的一个重要组成部分，中医药健康产业的发展需要人才的支撑。本文在分析云南中医药健康产业发展现状和趋势的基础上，探讨了云南中医药健康产业的人才需求，分析了云南中医药健康产业相关人才培养现状，认为相关院校应从提高人才培养层次、优化专业结构、改革人才培养模式、探索校企共育培养模式、丰富继续教育等几方面来满足产业发展的需求。

    [Abstract] Being an important part of the health industry， the development of traditional Chinese medicine health industry needs the support of personnels. This paper explores the demand for personnels and the current situation of personnel training in Yunnan traditional Chinese medicine health industry， and suggests that relevant colleges and institutions should raise their levels of personnel training， optimize their professional structure， change their models of personnel training， explore the education models of school-enterprise cooperation and develop continuing education to improve the quality of personnel training， so as to meet the needs of the development of the industry.
