    [摘要] 医院精神是医院发展的软实力，是增强医院凝聚力、文化感召力、整合多元价值观念，以及深入推动医药分开综合改革顺利实施的重要手段和途径。随着医院内外环境的不断变化和时代的不断发展，必须与时俱进，不断丰富和完善医院精神。文章以首都医科大学宣武医院为例，介绍了在新的时代背景和管理要求下，与时俱进涵养医院精神的必要性、实践探索、取得的成效以及经验思考。

    [Abstract] Hospital spirit is the soft power of hospital development and the important way to enhance the hospital cohesion and cultural charisma as well as integrate multiple value concept and further promote smoothly the implementation of comprehensive reform of medicine separation. With the changing environment inside and outside the hospital and the continuous development of the times， we must advance with time， enrich and perfect the hospital spirit. Taking Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University as an example， the paper introduces the necessity of conserving hospital spirit， practice exploration， results and thinking experience with the background of new era and management requirements.
