某三甲专科医院青年人才可持续发展的实践探讨

    [摘要] 人才是一所医院的核心资源,青年人才的培养是实施“科教兴院、人才强院”战略和实现医院可持续发展的关键。本文分析了医院青年人才可持续发展中存在的问题,调查了安徽省某三甲专科医院2012~2017年青年人才培养情况,包括探索并制订青年人才发展规划,完善人才制度,分批次陆续引进大量中青年技术骨干,在院内甄选首批青年人才等。通过对青年人才的开发与管理,完善了专科医院人力资源管理、学科建设与亚专科建设,使医院职工的积极性和整体素质明显提高,青年人才队伍不斷优化壮大,医院综合实力稳步提高。

    [Abstract] The talent is the core source of a hospital. Cultivation of young talent is the key to implement the strategy of developing the hospital by science, education and talents, and achieve the sustainable development of hospital. This article analyzes the existing problems from the sustainable development of young talents.
