    [摘要] 目的 探索我国古代医学文献中中医治疗银屑病的用药规律，并为当代银屑病治疗提供参考依据。 方法 对古代文献银屑病中医治疗内容进行系统搜集与整理，采用数据挖掘技术统计分析银屑病治疗用药的药物频数、种类、药性频次，并通过SPSS软件对51味高頻药物进行聚类分析。 结果 本文共搜集出我国古代医学文献中银屑病治疗涉及药物294味，其中高频药物51味。294味药物的种类以清热药、解表药、解毒杀虫燥湿止痒药和补虚药为主，占全部药物的50%。药性与药味以温、寒、平和苦、辛、甘为主。 结论 本文总结出我国古代治疗银屑病的用药规律，揭示了中医治疗银屑病的特点，为中医优势病种的临床研究提供参考和依据。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis in the ancient medical literatures of China， and to provide reference for the treatment of contemporary psoriasis. Methods The contents of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis in ancient literatures were collected and sorted. The data mining technology was used to analyze the frequency， type and frequency of drug properties of psoriasis treatment， and 51 high frequency drugs were taken clustering analysis through SPSS software.
