    [摘要] 目的 分析评价护理系人文素质教育第一课堂教学内容改革的实际效果。 方法 选取湖北文理学院医学院护理系2016级护生76名作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为试验组(39名)和对照组(37名)。改革人文素质教育第一课堂教学内容，开发贴近临床实际的医学人文素质课程资源。试验组教学内容为护士人文修养和医学人文素质；对照组为常规教学内容(护士人文修养)。对两组学生的人文素质教育第一课堂课程设置情况、干预前后人文素质各维度得分和人文素质总分进行对比分析评价。 结果 两组学生人文素质教育第一课堂课程设置调查结果，试验组的各项调查内容满意率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 改革教学内容，开发贴近临床的医学人文素質课程资源丰富第一课堂，可提高学生人文素质水平，教学效果明显，值得同行借鉴与推广。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the real effects on humanity-education teaching contents reform in Nursing Department. Methods By reforming the humanity-Edu-1st-class contents as well as developing effective course resources of clinical medicine humanity. 76 year-2 nursing students in Hubei University of Arts and Science were randomly divided into experimental group (39 students) and control group (37 students).
