    [摘要] 根据药物化学学科特点，提出了改进药物化学教学方法的策略。提倡教学应以学生为主体，采取启发引导的教学模式，激发学生主动思考；提倡从日常生活生产中发掘教学资源，将课本知识和实践紧密相连，凸显本学科的实用价值，增加学习兴趣；特别注重实验教学，培养学生动手能力和科研创新能力，为培养创新型和应用型药学人才奠定良好基础。

    [Abstract] The strategies to improve the teaching method of medicinal chemistry according to its characteristics was put forward in this paper， it was advocated that the teaching should take the students as the main body， and use the heuristic teaching mode to stimulate the students take the initiative to think. Teachers should explore the teaching resources from daily life and link the textbook closely with practice to highlight the practical value of medicinal chemistry， increasing interest in learning. Meanwhile， special attention should be paid to experimental teaching to cultivate students′ practical ability and scientific innovation ability， laying a good foundation for the cultivation of innovative and applied pharmaceutical talents.
