    [摘要] 目的 探讨系统评价护理干预对国内肺结核患者心理状态的应用效果。 方法 计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、中文科技期刊全文数據库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)。搜集综合护理干预用于肺结核患者心理状态的随机对照试验(RCT)，检索年限均为2011年1月～2017年4月。由1名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料，并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后，采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。 结果 最终纳入13个RCT，包括1790例患者。Meta分析结果显示：综合护理干预组中青年、中年、中老年、老年患者SAS评分降幅均较常规护理组明显，差异有统计学意义[MD=6.80，95%CI(5.30，8.30)，P < 0.000 01；MD=9.35，95%CI(7.06，11.65)，P < 0.000 01；MD=9.09，95%CI(5.54，12.65)，P < 0.000 01；MD=28.05，95%CI(24.13，31.97)，P < 0.000 01]。综合护理干预组中青年、中年、中老年、老年患者SDS评分降幅均较常规护理组明显[MD=9.05，95%CI(5.52，12.58)，P < 0.000 01；MD=9.47，95%CI(8.11，10.82)，P < 0.000 01；MD=7.48，95%CI(3.24，11.11)，P=0.0004；MD=23.10，95%CI(22.46，23.74)，P < 0.000 01]。 结论 综合护理干预能显著缓解肺结核患者的心理状态。
