    [摘要] 慢性肾脏病是威胁人類健康的一类重大疾病，其发病率高，并发症多，后果严重。如何早期诊断和处理好慢性肾脏病患者的各种并发症是临床工作者面临的一项重要而又艰巨的工作。慢性肾脏病-矿物质和骨异常是慢性肾脏病并发症之一，随着对其病理生理机制研究的深人和循证医学研究的不断积累，其诊断治疗越来越受到临床重视。本文就慢性肾脏病-矿物质和骨异常的发生机制、临床评估、治疗措施等方面的最新研究进展进行综述，以期为提高临床诊疗水平提供有益参考。

    [Abstract] Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is one of the most important diseases threatening human health. Its incidence is high， its complications are numerous， and its consequences are serious. How to early diagnose and deal with all kinds of complications of CKD patients is an important and difficult task for clinical workers. Chronic kidney disease - mineral and bone disorder (CKD-MBD) is one of the complications of CKD.
