    [摘要] 目的 分析胎盘植入合并前置胎盘病例临床资料，探讨计划性剖宫产在胎盘植入合并前置胎盘患者诊疗中的应用价值。 方法 选取2012年1月～2016年12月于青海交通医院妇产科诊治的胎盘植入合并前置胎盘患者64例，采用随机数字表法将其分为两组，观察组33例患者采取计划性剖宫产，对照组31例患者采取常规手术。分析并比较两组患者的手术时间、产后出血量、住院费用和住院日。 结果 观察组平均手术时间、平均住院费用、平均住院时间少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 计划性剖宫产能够提高诊疗效率，减少手术时间和平均住院日，降低住院费用，在胎盘植入合并前置胎盘患者诊疗中具有重要应用价值。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical data of patients of placenta accreta complicated with placenta previa， and investigate the value of planned surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of these cases. Methods Sixty-four cases of placenta accreta complicated with placenta previa in Qinghai Provincial Traffic Hospital from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected. Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.
