    [摘要] 张炳厚教授辨治难治性痛风经验独到，他认为其主要病因是饮食不节和外邪侵袭，病变过程涉及湿热、热毒、血瘀、浊毒等病理因素，病位主要在肌表经络，深及筋骨、关节，涉及脏腑主要有脾、胃、肾，发病的根本原因是脾肾亏虚，临床诊疗的特点为病证结合，分期论治；专病专药，祛除病邪；善用虫蚁，通络为用；生活调理，预防复发。

    [Abstract] Clinical experience of Professor Zhang Binghou in the treatment of refractory gout is unique. The main causes he considered are improper diet and exogenous pathogenic factors invasion. The pathological factors of dampness-heat， toxic heat， blood stasis and turbidity toxin are involved in the pathogenesis. The body surface and meridian， bones and joints are the disease location. The spleen， stomach and kidney are the mainly involving zang-fu organs. The deficiency of spleen and kidney are the root cause of disease. His characteristics of clinical diagnosis and treatment for the disease are as followed： the syndrome and disease differentiation are combined， the treatment is by stages； the special drugs are chosen to dispel pathogenic factors； the insect drugs are chosen to dredge collateral； taking good care of daily life is to prevent recurrence. ......
