    [摘要] 目的 探讨综合护理干预对缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能恢复的影响。 方法 选择2014年7月～2016年2月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院接受治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者106例作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组各53例。对照组给予常规护理干预，研究组在对照组基础上给予综合护理干预，比较干预前、干预后1、2、4周两组神经功能恢复情况、日常活动能力恢复情况及护理满意度。 结果 干预后1、2、4周，两组临床神经功能缺损评分均低于干预前，日常生活活动能力量表评分均高于干预前，且研究组改善更加显著，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。研究组护理总满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 综合护理干预可有效促进缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能与运动功能的恢复，提高护理满意度，改善患者预后，值得临床推广应用。
