    [摘要] 科技论文是科研成果报告和传播的最佳方式，其发表的关键依据是论文具有创新性和科学性，中医学科技论文亦不例外。中医学科技论文创新性涉及范围较广，包括选题创新、研究方法创新、研究内容创新、研究思路及设计创新等几个范畴。基于科学具有反映客观规律、先进性或前沿性、流动性、分科性等特性，考察创新知识的流动性、先进性或前沿性是识别和评价中医学科技论文科学性的关键要素，同时要求其具有正确、合理性、可纳入性和可产生轰动效应。

    [Abstract] Scientific and technological papers are the best way to report and disseminate scientific research results， including Chinese medical science and technology papers， of which the innovation and scientific nature is the key basis for publication. The innovation of Chinese medical science and technology papers has a wide range， covering the innovation in research subject， method， content， ideas and design innovation， etc. Based on science of the characteristics such as objective law， advanced or frontier， fluidity and division， to investigate the liquidity， advancement or frontier of innovation knowledge is the key factor to recognize and evaluate the scientific nature of Chinese medical science and technology papers.
