    [摘要] 目的 探讨动漫演示法对新生儿黄疸患儿家长依从性及新生儿结局的改善效果。 方法 选择2016年7月～2017年7月成都医学院第一附属医院就诊的90例新生儿黄疸患儿及家长作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组，每组各45例。对照组实施常规的宣教方法，观察组应用动漫演示法进行新生儿黄疸宣教方法。观察并比较两组患儿家长的依从性、新生儿的血清胆红素变化以及对新生儿结局的情况。 结果 观察组新生儿家长的依从率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)；干预后，观察组新生儿的血清胆红素低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组新生儿的黄疸持续时间、黄疸消退时间和住院时间均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 动漫演示法对新生儿黄疸家长依从性及新生儿结局的改善效果显著，能提高新生儿黄疸家长的依从性，有效降低新生儿血清胆红素，减少新生儿黄疸的持续时间和住院时间，缩短黄疸消退时间，值得临床上推广使用。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of animation demonstration on the compliance of newborn jaundice parents and the improvement of neonatal outcomes. Methods From July 2016 to July 2017， 90 neonatal jaundice children and their parents in First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College were selected as the research subjects， according to the random table methods， the children were divided into control group and observation group， with 45 cases in each group.
