广东省企事业单位员工压力调查及减压工程的探索
伍星 伍瑛 黄晓梅[摘要] 压力是当前社会的一个研究热点。关于我国企事业单位员工心理压力研究的文献目前尚少,而具体对广东省企事业单位员工心理压力的研究几乎空白。本文开创性地开展广东省企事业单位员工压力调查及减压工程的探索,通过四级评分法评定广东省企事业员工的心理压力等级,帮助企事业单位员工了解自身心理压力状况和原因,为压力源疾病的预防提供帮助,并通过动态心理管理、情绪宣泄、控制情绪、减轻压力、化解危机等一系列减压工程,来帮助企事业单位员工改变“亚健康”状态,延长劳动者寿命,从而提升企事业单位员工的健康水平。

[Abstract] Mental pressure is a popular research direction in current society. However, there are only a few literatures about the psychological pressure focusing on enterprise and institutions′ staffs in China. The research on the psychological pressure of enterprise and institutions′ staffs in Guangdong province is almost blank.
