Wnt信号通路与骨质疏松治疗的相关研究进展

    [摘要] 成人骨骼是一种经过不断重塑的多功能器官。骨骼的内稳态需要破骨细胞骨吸收和成骨细胞骨形成之间的平衡;如果这种平衡失调将导致骨质疏松症、硬化性骨病等各种骨骼疾病的发生。为了找到有效和安全的治疗方法来调节骨形成,必须阐明骨细胞分化和活动的分子机制。人类和小鼠的基因研究已经确立了Wnt信号作为刺激成骨细胞分化和活性的关键机制。本文就Wnt信号通路与骨形成相关机制以及治疗骨质疏松方法的相关研究进行综述。
