    [摘要] 失眠作为一种常见的疾患，给人们的正常工作和生活带来严重的不良影响，甚至会诱发或加重多种身体疾病。目前催眠镇静的药物以苯二氮卓类和巴比妥类为主，虽起效快，但均可引起不可避免的不良反应。大量研究表明中药治疗失眠具有无成瘾性、依赖性等特点。腹腔注射氯苯丙氨酸是目前常用的失眠造模方法，通过搜集、整理中药对PCPA诱导失眠模型大鼠影响的实验文献，从动物行为学改变及作用机制等方面进行阐述，以期为研究者更深入地研究中药治疗失眠的机制提供参考。

    Research progress of treatment with Chinese medicine for insomnia rats induced by PCPA

    [Abstract] As a common disorder， insomnia often brings serious effects on people′s normal work and life， and even induces a variety of physical diseases. Although sedative-hypnotic drugs like benzodiazepine and barbiturate effect quickly， they can cause unavoidable side effects. Treatment of insomnia with Chinese medicine has characteristics of no addiction and dependence. PCPA is a universal drug used in insomnia model.
