    [摘要] 目的探讨品管圈在临床带教老师培训中的实践效果。 方法 2016年6～2017年6月新疆医科大学第二附属医院采用品管圈对临床带教老师进行培训，成立品管圈，通过选定活动主题、拟定活动方案、现状把握、设定目标、实施对策等方法实施教学培训。评价培训前后临床带教老师的教学能力、教学效果及实习护士的临床教学满意度。 结果 培训后临床带教老师的临床教学理论、临床护理知识分、临床技能及授课能力得分均高于培训前，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。使用品管圈手法后，实习护士理论成绩及操作成绩得分均高于培训前，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。应用品管圈对临床带教老师进行培训后，实习护士对临床护理教学的满意度高于培训前，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 运用品管圈对临床带教老师培训进行管理，能有效提高带教老师的综合素质和教学能力，提高实习护士的理论及操作成绩，提高临床教学满意度，值得推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the practice effect of quality control circle in clinical teacher training. Methods From June 2016 to June 2017， quality control circle was applied to train the clinical teachers in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University， including establishing of quality control circle， selecting the theme， drawing up the program of activities， grasping the status quo， setting goals and implementing countermeasures.
