铜绿假单胞菌菌毛蛋白诱导IL—1β产生的研究现状
潘兴国 李荣辉 张华[摘要] 铜绿假单胞菌(Pa)侵染人体成功后,能引起炎性反应。然而,菌体细胞表面的Ⅳ型菌毛(TFP)是致炎因子之一。菌毛的主要組成成分是PilA蛋白,一个菌毛由几千个PilA蛋白亚单位组成。PilA蛋白能够诱导宿主巨噬细胞产生IL-1β,IL-1β是宿主防御的关键炎性细胞因子,能够介导多种炎性反应,包括T细胞极化、抗体产生、发热及内皮和吞噬细胞的激活。本文综述了铜绿假单胞菌菌毛蛋白诱导IL-1β产生的研究现状。

[Abstract] Pseudomonas aeruginosa can induces inflammatory response after successful infection on the host. However, the surface of the bacterial Type Ⅳ Pili is one of the inflammatory factors. The main composition of the pilus is PilA. One pilus is made up of thousands PilA subunits. PilA can induce host macrophages to produce IL-1β, IL-1β is a key important inflammatory cytokine in host defence which mediates a diverse range of effects ......
