    [摘要] 本文应用温病卫气营血、斑疹辨证、伏邪理论探讨儿童银屑病的病机和治疗。结合儿童银屑病的病因病机及小儿生理特点，从感邪途径、银屑病分型、临床表现、发作特点了解儿童银屑病。举1例治疗过程的银屑病患儿，探讨体现其中的温病治疗特色。

    Discussion on warm disease theory applied in treating childhood psoriasis based on syndrome differentiation

    [Abstract] This paper discusses the pathogenesis and treatment of childhood psoriasis， based on syndrome differentiation of weifen， qifen， yingfen and xuefen of warm disease， syndrome differentiation of macula， and hidden pathogen theory. Connected with aetiological agent， pathogenesis and paediatric physiology， the pathogenic factors， classification， clinical features and attack of childhood psoriasis are studied and analyzed. A case report about childhood psoriasis is listed， to investigate its characteristics of warm disease theory.
