    [摘要] 介绍1例经病理确诊的罕见汉族经典型卡波西肉瘤，患者表现为四肢及胸腹散在分布红色及紫红色皮下或稍隆起结节，以四肢远端为主，无疼痛、瘙痒、脱屑，未见明显系统损害，否认东欧或少数民族血统，否认器官移植或免疫抑制剂使用史，否认性病冶游史，抗HIV抗体(-)，曾间断于当地医院口服中药治疗，无明显缓解。后在首都医科大学附属北京中医医院肿瘤科门诊予以补肺健脾、活血解毒散结为治则的中药汤剂口服，经治疗后部分结节缩小消退，目前病情平稳。

    Differentiation and treatment from lung and spleen on one proved case of rare classic Kapos′s Sarcoma in Han nationality

    [Abstract] One rare classic Kaposi′s Sarcoma in Han nationality diagnosed with pathology was presented with red and purplish red nodules subcutaneously or slightly elevated types on four extremities， chest and abdomen without system damage. The nodules were mainly on four extremities without pain， pruritus and desquamation. The patient denied East Europe bloodline or minority bloodline， and the history of organ transplantation， treatment with immunosuppressive agents and sexually transmitted disease.
