    [摘要] 由于皮肤科门诊人数逐年上升、新聘医师数量增速缓慢等因素，现阶段我国皮肤病专科医师的总人数明显不足。本研究运用PEST分析模型，分析论证了皮肤病专科医院医师多专业执业的可行性，进一步探讨如何解决多专业执业实施过程中可能存在的法律壁垒及职称晋升等现实问题。建议以皮肤病专科医院为试点，完善专科医院医师执业范围的管理模式，改变对医师执业范围的法律规定，扩宽专科医院医师执业范围，变单一专业为多专业执业，使得一名医师拥有多项技术特长，从而适应社会发展，提升医师临床实践能力，提高就诊资源使用的效率。并为多专业执业在皮肤病医院乃至其他专科医院的推广提供理论依据。
