    [摘要] 医院风险管理是研究医疗服务过程中潜在风险环节，降低不确定因素，减少差错，保障安全的管理过程。通过总结国内外风险管理经验和不足，结合医院在门诊危急值通报、术前病情评估、手术患者转运交接、手术部位标识、手术安全核查等高风险流程的风险管理实践，对医院风险管理提出解决路径。医疗风险管理要从决策层、管理层和执行层建立全面风险管理体系，基于关键质量指标的评估和监测，通过风险识别、风险评估、风险控制和风险追踪，应用质量管理方法和工具，降低潜在风险事件的发生率，保障患者安全，构建全面、长效、持续改进的医院质量管理体系。

    [Abstract] Hospital risk management is a managerial process which studies potential risk links during medical service， reduces uncertain factors and minimizes malpractice， so as to ensure the quality of medical care.
