    [摘要] 目的 探讨高度近视白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入手术护理配合的效果。 方法 选择2014年2月～2015年9月暨南大学附属第一医院眼科同一手术医生所做40例(40只眼)高度近视白内障超声乳化手术患者，按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组，每组各20例(20只眼)。对照组应用常规型手术配合规程护理；实验组应用改进型手术配合规程护理。比较两组患者术眼胀痛改善状况、手术时间、术后角膜水肿发生率状况、医生及患者满意度。 结果 与对照组比较，实验组的术中术眼胀痛改善状况、手术时间、术后角膜水肿发生率状况、医生及患者满意度均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 改进型手术配合规程可缩短手术时间，减少术后并发症，提高医生和患者的满意度。

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect of Phacoemulsification for cataract with high myopia combined with cooperation procedures for intraocular lens implantation. Methods Forty cases patients with high myopia and cataract surgeries (40 eyes) in the department of Ophthalmology， the First Affiliated Hospital of Ji′nan University whose operation were performed by the same surgeon doctor from February 2014 to September 2015 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table， with 20 cases patients (20 eyes) in each group.
