    [摘要] 目的 探討KAP干预模式联合贝克认知疗法对桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤患者术后负性情绪及生活质量的影响。 方法 选取2014年3月～2017年4月解放军第一七四医院行桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤手术患者46例，依据入院时间顺序分为两组，每组各23例。两组均行带血管蒂的腓骨移植治疗；于此基础上，对照组予以贝克认知疗法，实验组予以KAP干预模式联合贝克认知疗法。统计两组护理满意度，比较干预前后两组负性情绪[抑郁(HDMA)、焦虑(HAMA)]及生活质量评分。 结果 干预前，两组负性情绪、生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。干预后，实验组HDMA、HAMA评分均低于对照组，生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；实验组护理满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 对行桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤手术患者予以KAP干预模式联合贝克认知疗法，可显著改善患者负性情绪及生活质量，进一步提高护理满意度。
