预检分诊在门诊质量管理中的应用现状及对策分析

    [摘要] 门诊预检分诊工作是患者来院就诊的首要环节,分诊工作的准确性和及时性不仅直接影响患者能否得到快速、有效的救治,同时也直接体现了门诊的整体形象和护士的业务技术水平。本文通过对目前综合医院门诊预检分诊实施现状、存在的问题以及管理方式等方面进行综述,探讨其在提高门诊工作效率、保证患者就医安全、提升患者就诊满意度中的效果,以期为综合性医院门诊构建预检分诊管理模式、改善患者就医体验提供决策依据。
