    [摘要] 中医药信息标准化是中医药信息化的前提和基础，2015年国家财政拨付专项资金1000万支持101项中医药信息标准项目。本文介绍了101项中医药信息标准项目建设目标与原则，分析了101项中医药信息标准项目的总体概况，从标准的专业性质和业务领域两个層面分析其框架结构，阐述101项中医药信息标准项目的组织管理体制、运行机制等，并基于101项中医药信息标准项目的组织管理模式，讨论101项中医药信息标准编制过程中存在的问题，从而提出对中医药信息标准化建设的有关建议和思考。
