    [摘要] 乳腺癌是居全球女性发病率前列的恶性肿瘤之一，临床常用的全乳腺切除的手术方式，对患者的心理和美容造成很大影响。保乳手术(BCS)联合术中放射治疗(IORT)，由于减少了放射治疗周期和周围正常组织放射剂量，同时又保持了良好的肿瘤治疗特异性和较好的美容效果，因此保乳手术联合术中放疗得到了国际上的支持。但是，在IORT患者的选择方面，存在多个意见，但是并未达成共识，甚至其中一些提出了相互矛盾的观点。笔者就乳腺癌保乳手术联合术中放疗适应证相关研究进行综述。以便为临床医生的医疗决策提供借鉴和参考。
