    [摘要] 狭窄性腱鞘炎是临床的常见病、多发病，针刀在该病的治疗中大有用武之地，临床疗效确切，但也常有针刀治疗失败病例报道。本文针对常见的治疗失败现象，如治疗后弹响、血肿、麻木、硬结、肌腱无力或屈伸不能，给出了应对策略，如熟悉解剖、准确定位、動态定位、超声引导、把握切割度、术后及时功能锻炼、合理使用激素等。
