    [摘要] 北京医院(以下简称“我院”)制剂历史悠久，人员资源配备合理，管理系统科学快捷。始终严格执行“医疗机构制剂管理规范”进行生产、检验、储备和发放，配制品种与医疗特色一致，北京地区知名度高。不足之处是现在硬件条件限制了扩大生产，不能满足临床需求；新制剂开发技术力量弱；长期以来定价太低，亏损严重；利用SWOT法对我院制剂的发展趋势进行分析，结合医院制剂现状和新医改形势，明确发展策略，增加研发投入，扩大生产，对现存制剂优胜劣汰，加强人才引进，开发新品种新剂型，更好地适应学科发展和临床需要。
