基于SWOT法探讨医院制剂发展策略

王晨光 刘晓亮 赵华平 曹国颖[摘要] 北京医院(以下简称“我院”)制剂历史悠久,人员资源配备合理,管理系统科学快捷。始终严格执行“医疗机构制剂管理规范”进行生产、检验、储备和发放,配制品种与医疗特色一致,北京地区知名度高。不足之处是现在硬件条件限制了扩大生产,不能满足临床需求;新制剂开发技术力量弱;长期以来定价太低,亏损严重;利用SWOT法对我院制剂的发展趋势进行分析,结合医院制剂现状和新医改形势,明确发展策略,增加研发投入,扩大生产,对现存制剂优胜劣汰,加强人才引进,开发新品种新剂型,更好地适应学科发展和临床需要。
