    [摘要] 目的 分析广州军区广州总医院(以下简称“我院”)糖皮质激素类药物的应用情况及存在问题，为临床正确使用糖皮质激素类药物提供参考。 方法 随机抽取我院2017年1～12月住院患者糖皮质激素处方1200张，统计糖皮质激素类药物的使用品种、使用科别及用药情况，对不合理处方进行分析点评。 结果 1200份糖皮质激素类药物处方中共使用6种糖皮质激素药物，其中注射剂1种，片剂3种，粉针剂1种，吸入溶液剂1种，使用例数较多的分别为地塞米松磷酸钠注射液(71.42%)及醋酸地塞米松(19.50%)。经处方点评，1200份处方中共有213份存在不合理用药现象，不合理用药率达17.79%，主要为适应证不适宜(45.07%)及用法用量不适宜(23.32%)。 结论 我院应加强对糖皮质激素类药物合理应用的监督及管理，减少不良反应的发生，促进其临床合理用药。
