    [摘要] 目的 探討基于图像存储和传输系统(PACS)的翻转课堂教学模式在硕士研究生神经外科临床实践教学中的应用效果。 方法 选取2015年9月～2017年9月在云南中医学院第一附属医院神经外科实习的云南中医学院临床专业硕士研究生119名，采用随机数字表法进行分组，观察组(58名)和对照组(61名)。观察组采用基于PACS系统的翻转课堂教学法；对照组采用以实习带教老师讲授为主的传统教学法。实习结束时通过出科考试成绩调查问卷来评价教学效果。 结果 观察组实习研究生的出科考试成绩明显高于对照组(P 0.05)。 结论 基于PACS系统的翻转课堂教学模式能够充分激发学生自主学习，切实提升神经外科硕士研究生的实践教学效果。

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the application effect of flipped classroom teaching method combined with PACS system on the master degree candidates′ neurosurgical internship training. Methods A total of 119 clinical master degree candidates in the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of traditional Chinese Medicine who were trained in neurosurgery from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected.
