新疆和田玫瑰花瓣的质量标准初步研究
陈长春 陈嘉媛 庞战 霍仕霞[摘要] 目的 建立和田玫瑰花瓣药材质量标准,为控制该药材的质量提供实验依据。 方法 参照2015年版《中国药典》通则相关方法,对该药材总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和浸出物进行测定;采用薄层色谱法,以槲皮素为对照,对该药材进行定性鉴别;采用RT-HPLC法,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(56∶44)为流动相,对玫瑰花瓣中的槲皮素含量进行测定。 结果 该药材薄层鉴别方法具有专属性,总灰分平均为4.9%,酸不溶性灰分平均为0.19%,浸出物为45.8%。槲皮素的含量平均值为0.21%。 结论 根据实验结果初步建立了和田玫瑰花药材的质量标准,所建立的质量标准可用于该产地玫瑰花瓣的质量控制。

[Abstract] Objective To establish a quality standard for rose petals of Hetian, and provide experimental basis for the quality control of the medicinal materials. Methods According to the general principles of Chinese pharmacopoeia in 2015 the total ash content, acid insoluble ash and extract were determined. TLC method was used to identify the crude drug with quercetin as the reference. The content of quercetin in rose petals was determined by RT-HPLC with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (56∶44) as the mobile phase. Results The method of TLC had specificity, the total ash was 4.9% in average, the acid insoluble ash was 0.19% in average, and the extract was 45.8% in average.
