    [摘要] 本文综述了冠状动脉介入术后患者的自我管理水平现状，认为采取有效的宣教方法帮助患者提高自我管理水平至关重要，综述了动机性访谈在冠脉介入术后患者自我管理中的应用效果，即可帮助患者改善不良饮食习惯和生活方式、提高术后患者服药和运动依从性等，并分析总结了目前动机性访谈实施中的问题，提出干预前动机性访谈的实施者缺乏规范化培训，实施的方案无统一的标准、形式不够丰富等问题，建议为更好地提高术后患者的自我管理水平，适当增加动机性访谈的干预时间和次数，科学合理地进行效果评价，在不断的实施中积累经验，为其进一步推广和应用提供参考。

    [Abstract] The status of self management in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention was reviewed in this article， and it was essential to adopt effective methods of health education to help patients improve their level of self-management. The effect of motivational interviewing was reviewed to improve bad eating habits and life style， medication and exercise compliance in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention. The existing problems was analyzed and summarized. It was pointed out that the implementers were lack of standardized training before intervention， which had not unified standard for each intervention， and the forms were not variaus enough， etc. It was suggested that in order to improve the self-management level of postoperative patients ......
