    [摘要] 目的 探讨超声弹性成像与超声造影检查技术在乳腺癌新辅助化疗效果评估中的应用价值。 方法 选择2015年1月～2017年1月于台州市中西医结合医院接受新辅助化疗的55例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象。所有患者均接受新辅助化疗，并在化疗周期前后进行超声弹性成像、超声造影检查，对比成像诊断结果与病理结果的差异，明确两种检查方案在乳腺癌新辅助化疗效果评价中的价值。 结果 化疗4个周期后超声弹性成像、超声造影评价结果与病理证实比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；超声造影检查的灵敏度、准确度与超声弹性成像比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。 结论 超声弹性成像与超声造影检查在评估乳腺癌新辅助化疗效果中均具有较高的灵敏度与准确性，但二者在评价方向与内容方面不同，临床可结合弹性成像与超声造影检查结果，进一步提高乳腺癌新辅助化疗效果评估的准确性。
