[摘要] “工匠精神”是技能人才对待职业的一种态度，是职业精神的重要内容。在当前国内经济新常态、医药产业结构调整的背景下，医药企业越来越看重高职毕业生除专业技能之外的职业精神，尤其是工作中的职业态度。在高职教育尤其是药学实践教学体系中融入“工匠精神”，顺应了国内医药产业发展的趋势，也有利于学生综合素质的提升和未来职业生涯的可持续发展。本研究从高职药学专业教学体系融入“工匠精神”的必要性入手，整体构建融入“工匠精神”的药学专业实践教学体系，进而从组建药学专业实践教学团队、建设校内实训基地、优化校外实训基地等三个方面培养学生的“工匠精神”。六年的实践教学改革，取得明显成效。

    [Abstract] “Craftsmanship spirit” is a kind of attitude of skilled talents to the occupation， which is an important content of professional spirit. Under the background of new normal of domestic economy and adjustment of pharmaceutical industry structure at present， the pharmaceutical companies pay more and more attention to the professional spirit of graduates in higher vocational colleges besides professional skills， especially to the professional attitude in work. In the higher vocational education， especially the practical teaching system of pharmaceutical specialty， the “craftsmanship spirit” complies with the development trend of domestic pharmaceutical industry， which is also conducive to the improvement of the overall quality of students and the sustainable development of their future careers.
