    [摘要] 随着人们工作节奏加快、生活方式改变以及环境污染等因素的影响，不孕不育的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。男性不育的主要原因为精液异常，表现为弱精、少精、无精、畸精症等。男性精子异常的发病机制之一，是上述因素通过抑制机体抗氧化蛋白的活性或者增加活性氧自由基的水平产生氧化应激状态，进而对精子细胞的DNA、脂质、线粒体等产生氧化损伤。对于男性精子异常，除了服用维生素E、维生素C和中草药以外，通过戒除不良嗜好，加上适当的体育锻炼，有助于增强自身的抗氧化能力，改善精子质量。

    [Abstract] The occurrence of infertility is increasing with the rapid mode of work， change of life style and environmental pollution. The main cause of male infertility is abnormal sperms including asthenospermia， oligospermia， azoospermia and sperm malformation. One of the mechanisms that causes abnormal sperms is the increasing of reactive oxygen species level， which results in the oxidative damage on the DNA， lipid and mitochondria of sperms. In addition to the supplement of vitamin E， vitamin C and Chinese herbal medicine， good life habits and proper physical exercises will help to enhance self antionxidant capacity and improve the quality of sperms.
