    [摘要] 目前全科医师规范化培训是北京市住院医师规范化培训中的重要组成部分。但现今培训中内分泌科带教老师及全科医师可能存在全科医学理念认识不足，对全科工作特点不明确，导致类似内分泌专科医师的培训模式。针对上述问题，全科医师在内分泌科培训过程中带教老师需将全科医学理念贯穿于培训中，明确全科医师培训的任务，注重全科医师的能力培养，使全科医师增强内分泌科常见病急症的识别能力及内分泌常见病老年人群的管理意识。同时应用巴林特小组进行医患沟通训练，并运用合理的方法进行内分泌科出科考核评价。加强内分泌科师资队伍建设，可以进一步完善全科医师规范化培训工作。

    [Abstract] Nowadays the general practitioners standardized training is an important part of the training of resident doctors in Beijing. But the training teachers in endocrinology and general practitioners may lack of general medical science theory and they are unfamiliar with general medical work features， it leads to the general training models are similar to the training of endocrine specialist.
