    [摘要] 目的 建立温肾消肿丸中毛蕊花糖苷的含量测定方法。 方法 采用高效液相色谱法，流動相：乙腈-0.8%冰醋酸(19∶81)；色谱柱：Hedera-ODS-2 C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)；流速为1.0 mL/min，检测波长为334 nm，柱温为25℃；进样量：10 μL。 结果 毛蕊花糖苷在6.33～101.28 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为100.06%(RSD = 1.51%)。 结论 该方法简便、可靠，且重现性好，可用于温肾消肿丸的定量控制。

    [Abstract] Objective To establish a method for the verbascoside content determination in Wenshen Xiaozhong Pills. Methods High performance liquid chromatography method was used with Hedera-ODS-2 C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm， 5 μm) and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.8% glacial acetic acid (19∶81).
