    [摘要] 星状神经节阻滞常常用于头颈部带状疱疹后遗神经痛的治疗，本文报道1例64岁女性患者，因“左侧耳垂、枕部疼痛4 d伴左颈部红斑、疱疹1 d”住院，该患者疱疹于左颈肩部披肩样分布，疼痛以无皮疹的左侧耳垂、枕部为主，为阵发性刀绞般疼痛，爆发痛时视觉模拟评分为10分，间歇期4分。入院后给予抗病毒、营养神经、止痛综合治疗，在经过1次超声引导下星状神经节阻滞治疗后，疼痛迅速缓解。本文对此病例进行分析总结，为今后指导疼痛诊疗工作提供借鉴。

    [Abstract] Stellate ganglion block is usually applied in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia around the head and neck. In this case， a 64-year-old woman was adimitted to hospital for the pain in the left earlobe and occiput for 4 d， erythema and herpes in left neck for 1 d. The herpes zoster was located on the left neck and shoulder， but in the left earlobe and occipital area， the herpes disappeared and were mainly painful. The pain was paroxysmal， and the score of visual analogue scale during breakthrough was 10 and the intermittent period was 4. The therapy was combined with anti-virus， neuro nutrition and analgesia.
