    [摘要] 随着我国老龄化问题的不断加剧，老年人对多元化、专业化的养护照料需求与日俱增，当前我国养老服务的“医”“养”分离导致老年人对养护需求问题十分突出，走“医养结合”之路是缓解当前严峻的健康老龄化形势的必然选择。当前我国医养结合养老机构健康持续发展亟需突破以下难题：入住运营存难题；政府职责不明晰，政策落实难；人才资源短缺；服务模式单一等。要解决以上问题，本文探研出以下建议：鼓励社会力量参与；健全政府管理机制；加强人才队伍建设；创新养老服务模式等。完善对医养结合养老机构的发展，解决当前严峻的养老问题，加快实施“健康中国”战略，更好地助推全面建成小康社会的进程，增强人民群众的获得感和幸福感有着重要意义。
