实验红鲫C1HD系SNP标记的研究

    [摘要] 目的 建立实验红鲫C1HD系的SNP标记。 方法 参照斑马鱼的SNPs基因库,设计SNP引物,采用单管双向等位基因专一性扩增(SB-ASA)方法,对12尾实验红鲫C1HD系和12尾实验红鲫封闭群的血液DNA样品进行SNPs基因分型并测序验证。 结果 zK261O7基因的zSNP30124211位点(G/A型)、zC227H20基因的zSNP24678043位点(A/T型)和zC39F23基因的zSNP26474328位点(G/C型)等3个SNPs位点能够准确辨别实验红鲫C1HD系和实验红鲫封闭群。 结论 zSNP30124211位点(G/A型)、zSNP24678043位点(A/T型)和zSNP26474328位点(G/C型)均可作为实验红鲫C1HD系的SNPs标记。

    [Abstract] Objective To establish SNP markers of the laboratory red crucian carp C1HD strain. Methods SNPs primers were designed referring to SNPs gene library of the Zebrafish, the SNPs were genotyped by single-tube bi-directional allele-specific amplification (SB-ASA) and were verified by sequencing for the laboratory red crucian carp C1HD strain.
