国内传染病临床教学现状与策略思考

    [摘要] 国内传染病教学存在临床与教学偏离、教学资源不均衡和教学水平滞后等问题。这些问题主要源于我国传染病定点收治、传染病专科医院内部教学资源不均衡、传染病流行病学特点以及新发传染病的不断出现。本文对这些问题进行了深入剖析,并结合国外最新教学手段,如问题导向的教学方法、案例导向的教学方法、翻转课堂、幕课、微课程等,有针对性地提出提高对传染病教学工作的认识、改善教学条件、加强教学工作管理、提升传染病教学水平和改进教学方法等建议,希望能够对传染病临床教学能力的提高有所帮助。

    Analysis of nationwide clinical teaching condition and possible strategy in infectious diseases
