    [摘要] 八年制医学博士现有培养体系在培养模式、培养内容、考核目标等方面尚不能有效提高学生的创新能力。“互联网+”的大数据和信息化、嵌入式和开放式等特征为八年制医学博士的创新人才培养体系构建提供了重要工具、手段和实现途径。本文主要介绍近年来陆军军医大学积极利用“互联网+”的信息和技术优势推动八年制博士培养和提高人才质量的经验。

    Establishment of innovative talents training system for doctor of medicine in eight-year program via “Internet plus”

    [Abstract] The innovative ability of the eight-year medical doctor cannot be effectively improved in the existing training system through the current training mode， training content and assessment goal. The characteristics of the big data and information technology as well as the embedded and open features of “Internet plus” provide important tool and ways for cultivation of the innovative talents of the eight-year medical doctor. This article provides an introduction to how Army Medical University cultivates and improves the talents quality of the eight-year medical doctorate by use of the advantages of “Internet plus”. ......
