    [摘要] 中医诊断学涵盖中医诊法学和中医辨证学。中医诊法学理论深奥抽象，内容零散繁杂，逻辑性较差。中医辨证学是在望闻问切四诊基础上，运用中医学理论和思维方法，对收集到的资料进行总结、归纳和分析。基于中医诊断学课程特点，根据建构主义理论要素，在不同的教学阶段采用了不同的教学模式。在基本理论学习阶段，重视知识体系的构建。在辨证思维形成阶段，训练临证分析思辨能力。在临床应用能力培养阶段，锻炼中医四诊技能、临床诊断及辨证思维。

    Practice and reflection on diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine based on theoretical principles of social constructivism

    [Abstract] Diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine covers diagnostic methods of TCM and syndrome differentiation of TCM. The theory of diagnostic methods of TCM is abstractly and complicated with poor logic. Syndrome differentiation of TCM summarize and analyze sufficient clinical data with the theory of TCM. We establish the scientific educational concept of students centeredness with teachers serving as guides during teaching stages.
