    [摘要] 目的 觀察穴位埋线联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗肺脾气虚型变应性鼻炎的临床效果。 方法 回顾性分析2016年4月～2017年3月浙江省温岭市中医院确诊的214例肺脾气虚型变应性鼻炎病例的临床资料，按就诊时间顺序将患者分成两组，对照组(2016年4～9月)106例口服枸地氯雷他定片治疗，治疗组(2016年10月～2017年3月)108例在此基础上加用穴位埋线法治疗，共治疗1个月。疗程结束后，采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)、鼻炎体征分级评分及治疗期间的不良反应情况来综合评价两组的临床疗效。 结果 治疗前，两组患者VAS评分和鼻炎体征评分比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。治疗后，两组VAS评分和鼻炎体征评分均较本组治疗前明显下降(P < 0.01)，且治疗组上述评分均明显低于对照组(P < 0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应。 结论 穴位埋线联合枸地氯雷他定片能明显改善变应性鼻炎患者的临床症状，提高其生活质量，具有较好的疗效，值得临床推广。
