    [摘要] 目的 调查分析内科临床实习学生的操作技能培训情况，以期进一步提高学生临床综合水平。 方法 选择2017年9月～2018年1月在广州医科大学附属第二医院完成内科学临床实习的2013级临床医学系本科生60名，采用问卷调查的形式，评估内科常用临床操作技能的教学效果。 结果 学生对内科学临床实习总体较满意，近半数学生认为临床实践机会不足是临床实习效果不佳的主要原因。在本次调查备选的内科临床操作技能中，腰椎穿刺被认为是最为困难，也是实践机会最少的内科临床操作；指血血糖测定被认为是相对最容易的操作技能，不过，仍有超过一半的学生认为其操作机会不足。 结论 在强化现有临床技能教学优势基础上，创新教学模式，推进课程改革，才能不断提升学生临床操作技能水平。

    [Abstract] Objective To further increase clinical skills for medical students interns by investing and analyzing their training of clinical skills in the medicine department. Methods Sixty medical student interns of 2013 clinical medicine department， who have finished their clinical practice in the medicine department in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from September 2017 to January 2018， were recruited for questionair survey and evaluated for teaching effect of common-used clinical skills in the medicine.
