    [摘要] 目的 调查孕中晚期乙肝患者抗病毒治疗服药依从性现状及其影响因素。 方法 选取2016年4月～2017年4月石家庄市第五医院收治的孕中晚期乙肝患者124例(单胎)为研究对象。采用Morisky量表对患者服药依从性进行评价；采用一般情况调查问卷、自制的乙肝相关知识问卷及服药信念问卷进行调查，采用Logistic回归分析患者服药依从性的影响因素。 结果 患者乙肝相关知识、服药信念和服药依从性整体水平较好；依从性好者占60.5%(75例)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示，文化程度(OR = 0.578，95%CI：0.104～0.877)、父母有无乙肝(OR = 0.392，95%CI：0.177～0.631)、乙肝确诊时间(OR = 3.998，95%CI：1.188～5.285)、乙肝相关知识(OR = 0.746，95%CI：0.389～0.847)、服药信念(OR = 0.787，95%CI：0.259～0.977)均是服药依从性的影响因素(P < 0.05)。 结论 医护人员要结合服药依从性的各项影响因素，有针对性地进行健康教育，以更好地提高患者的服药依从性，降低母婴传播率。
