    [摘要] 目的 探讨问题管理模式在ICU输血安全管理中的应用效果。 方法 选取2016年7月～2017年6月在十堰市太和医院ICU住院且需输血治疗的378例患者作为研究对象。其中2016年7～12月的182例患者作为问题管理(MBP)实施前组，采用传统的方式进行输血安全管理。2017年1～6月的196例患者作为MBP实施后组，采用问题管理模式进行输血安全管理。比较两组输血安全管理的达标率和患者对护理工作满意度。 结果 将问题管理模式引入到患者的输血安全管理之中后，ICU输血安全管理的达标率(59/60例，98.3%)高于实施前(55/60例，91.67%)(P < 0.05)。MBP实施后患者对护理工作的满意度为97.96%，高于实施前的92.31%(P < 0.05)。 结论 MBP模式可以有效提高患者输血安全管理的护理质量和患者对护理工作满意度，值得在临床推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of management by problem in safety management of ICU blood transfusion. Methods From July 2016 to June 2017， a total of 378 patients who were hospitalized in the ICU at Taihe Hospital of Shiyan City and required blood transfusion were selected as study subjects.
