    [摘要] 目的 探讨翼管神经切断术对变应性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者肺功能的影响。 方法 选取2015年2月～2017年5月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院耳鼻喉诊疗中心住院且为长期在新疆居住的变应性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者68例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组34例，两组均予以鼻息肉切除及鼻窦开放术治疗，观察组在此基础上行翼管神经切断术治疗。术后随访半年，评价两组患者临床疗效，监测比较两组患者手术前后的肺功能各指标水平变化及术后并发症与疾病复发的情况。 结果 观察组患者的治愈率显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)；观察组患者术后的最大肺活量(VCmax)、1 s用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气中段流量(MMEF)水平均明显高于术前和对照组术后(P < 0.05)；两组术后均无严重并发症和复发病例。 结论 翼管神经切断术可有效提高变应性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床疗效，改善患者肺功能。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of vidian neurotomy in pulmonary function of allergic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps. Methods Sixty-eight cases of allergic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps， living in Xinjiang for years， hospitalizing at the otorhinolaryngology center of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People′s Hospital from February 2015 to May 2017 were selected and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 34 cases in each group.
