    [摘要] 急性肾盂肾炎是指各种病原微生物在尿路中生长、繁殖而引起的上尿路炎症性疾病，而肾脓肿则是肾盂肾炎常见的严重并发症之一。为进一步了解肾盂肾炎合并肾脓肿常见的发病诱因、发病机制及其治疗方法，本文报道吉林大学中日联谊医院收治的1例急性肾盂肾炎并发肾脓肿患者，进一步总结肾盂肾炎合并肾脓肿的临床治疗经验。

    [Abstract] Acute pyelonephritis is inflammatory of the upper urinary tract caused by various pathogenic microorganisms in the urinary tract. Renal abscess is one of the common serious complications of pyelonephritis. To further understand the common causes of pyelonephritis combined with renalabscess， this article reports one patient with acute pyelonephritis combined with renal abscess and septicemia admitted to China-Japan Union Hospital， Jilin University， and summarizes the clinical treatment experience of pyelonephritis combined with renal abscess.

    急性肾盂肾炎合并肾脓肿曾被认为是比较少见的一种肾脏感染性疾病，且近年来有关研究报道少之又少。大多数肾脓肿由于其明显的临床表现(如高烧、腰痛)、明显异常的实验室检查(如血尿、白细胞明显升高)和典型的影像学表现，其诊断并不困难[1]。但肾脓肿的危害性和严重程度远远超过单纯的急性肾盂肾炎，临床治疗若不及时，则可能导致患者肾脏功能下降，甚至导致肾功能严重丧失 ......
